This Privacy Policy applies to the Simple Food Timer mobile application and related services operated by Aleksander Mikolaj Sznober-Krolicki (the “Service Provider”).

Simple Food Timer is built to help you run cooking timers, reuse favorites, and stay focused in the kitchen. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.

Information we do not collect
The Application does not collect personal information from your normal use of Simple Food Timer. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create a cloud account or user profile.
Timer names, durations, active timers, presets, favorites, recent timers, and similar app activity are not collected by the Service Provider.

Location and tracking
Simple Food Timer does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

Third-party sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, timer history, favorites, presets, or active timer activity.
Retention period for personal data collected by Simple Food Timer: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal use.

Data Deletion
There is no server-side personal data to delete because Simple Food Timer does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

If timer data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Simple Food Timer.

Network communication
If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security
A design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
